Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the reusable Koala mailer and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund's progress.
